As a chief experience officer (CXO), Vaitari is focused on developing solutions rooted in smart creative and emerging technologies. His robust background in brand marketing, creative and production add value to independent advertising and marketing agency R&R Partners’ newly launched, in-house innovation shop, House of V.
Prior to the House of V venture, Vaitari was an executive producer at parent agency R&R Partners and primarily focused on broadcast and digital content, activations, and various other tech-forward projects in XR, light design, AI, and voice tech. In 2018, he was named one of AdAge’s 40 Under 40 for his outstanding work in the areas of broadcast and virtual reality on projects for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA).
Vaitari is passionate about collaboration and believes there is nothing better than “getting lost in the work” with others who share his passion. Those moments when an idea “clicks” and all comes together are what he enjoys the most, no matter the role. He finds that working in the space of innovation allows him to dream big and keeps him in touch with his inner child.
Vaitari has found innovative solutions for a diverse group of clients, including Nike, LVCVA, National Hockey League (NHL), Island Def Jam, Blockchains, Facebook, Heineken, Aristocrat, MTV, MGM Resorts, VEVO, USA Network, E. & J. Gallo Winery, Spike, and Raiders, and has held roles at companies including MTV Networks/Viacom, Liz Claiborne, and Raised 360.
In his spare time, Vaitari enjoys spending time with his son, practicing mindfulness, keeping fit, and watching science fiction.
